The large surrounding park, dotted with majestic palms and camellia blooms, welcomes a spectacular ten-metre by ten-metre swimming pool, intended for guest use and used only occasionally by the owners during the summer season.
The interiors of the annex are distinguished by furnishings of great prestige and value, studied with extreme care even in the smallest details, from the carefully chosen curtains to the refined arrangement of the spaces.
On the ground floor, the living area develops, characterised by a spacious and welcoming lounge with dining area and an evocative fireplace, with direct access to the green of the park, as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, which houses a splendid master bedroom with a complete private en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, a second bright double bedroom and a further master bathroom also equipped with a shower.
