Among the most beautiful views in the world, peace of mind and absolute silence: 210 steps to Casa Punta di Diamante make all this possible! A few steps from the famous Path of the Gods and 10 minutes from the center of Praiano, Casa Punta di Diamante is a modern, independent, fresh house with a Mediterranean charm. The three large bedrooms, the spacious living room and kitchen, the three bathrooms with shower, make the spaces comfortable for a family or for three couples. Recently and finely restored, the exterior is characterized by a large furnished garden of 200 square meters, equipped with an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool and solarium area. The two terraces exposed to the sun until sunset frame the enchanting views: the highest terrace, with a panoramic view of Capri and Positano, is the pride of the house! Wi-Fi, heating system and air conditioning are available throughout the house.
The house is not accessible by car, but this characteristic makes the experience even more special, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the peaceful atmosphere of the village and its breathtaking views.

Casa Punta di Diamante is located at the highest point of Praiano, west side, on one of the paths that lead to the Path of the Gods. To reach the house it is necessary to travel about 200 stopovers. It is not recommended for people with walking problems or for those who don't like stairs! Baggage service is offered upon arrival (one bag per person - service for all bags is possible for a fee). Baggage service can be booked, for a fee, upon departure. It is possible to park on the street, but it may not be easy to find parking in the summer. We recommend to reach us with a private driver.
The town center is not far away. A few minutes walk there are:
- Local bus stop
- Supermarket and butcher shop
- Restaurants and bars

Villa Cimino is a recently renovated villa: it boasts terracotta floors and majolica bathrooms. It enjoys a privileged position, not far from the center of the country, albeit quiet and reserved. It consists of two independent units, each with a sea view, which can also be booked individually. Wifi is available throughout the hotel. Each room is equipped with a / c and heating system. The view of Capri and Positano, with the sun until sunset is breathtaking.

Villa Cimino is located just above the famous church of San Gennaro, on the path that leads to the Path of the Gods. The quickest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, through a walking path alternating with about 70 steps. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the center of Praiano via a flight of approximately 200 steps. The private parking is about 650 meters away, subject to charges. Otherwise it is possible to park in the public parking lines about 200 meters away. It is possible to book a luggage service (for a fee).
A few steps away are:
• One Fire Beach Club (20 minute walk across the steps)
• Bars and restaurants (5 minutes)
• Small grocery store (5 minutes)

From the enchanting private pool set in the sea rock, you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets of Praiano.
The Villa has a private wine cellar with over 100 labels of the best Italian and French wines with the possibility of buying and tasting.
Surrounded by lemons, olive trees and the Mediterranean Sea, Villa Venusta gives you one of the most amazing views: Capri, li Galli Island and of course the most amazing sunset you can imagine, facing Positano where all the sky gets colored of orange and pink.
The position of this prestigious Villa is really convenient and extremely quiet, away from the crowd of the busy summer! It is right in the centre of Praiano. There are no stairs to access the property and parking for 2 vehicles is offered for free.

The steps up are a workout, and I needed to stop for a break along the way, but I made it up even as a 350lb guy. The host makes it easier by having a porter help bring your bags upon arrival (but not when you leave - so dont pack too much). The home is amazing - and have nothing negative to say about it at all. And the area in general is amazing, with amazing views and relaxing aura.
The only negative I have is about the logistics of the area in general. Parking is scarce, and when you find a spot, you will have to trek from your spot up and down mountain roads until you get to your stair-climb up to the home. Do not rely on uberpublic transport, as when you order one it just says it may take a while, with no given time. There is a local bus though, but I wasnt there long enough to figure it out. And there is no uber eatsanyone to deliver stuff to your door. I would highly recommend this place, just plan accordingly, and you can relax in style... |

The power never failed (like many of the places we have been in Europe), the AC works great, the house is spotless and has everything you could need including beach towels. In all of our travels, Francesco is the best host we have encountered. He was always available, so helpful and thoughtful. The only downside is that the internet does not work well, and the house does not have good cell coverage. If you are planning to work, I would reach out to SMAAC ahead of time about other internet options. We would definitely stay in this house again.

For those with weak legs be mindful of the task of accessing the house as it's certainly a trek up. My husband and I considered ourselves to be in great shape and walking up those steps kicked our ass each time, yet we thought it was brilliant. One should also keep in mind that the accessing the town below is also a little bit of a hike, but worth it. It was a great little town with good food and people. Loved it there!

The challenge of course is the steps up to the property, if you are reasonably fit and injury free these shouldn’t be a problem. We always found the management company helpful and it was easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp, they always replied promptly. We often called upon them to organise taxis. Would overall recommend this property for a memorable trip.

Yes there are many steps to the house but this is the Amalfi coast so what we expected and it kept us all fit and burnt off all those calories consumed. We all had a wonderful stay.

House was well equipped for a family with kids !! Views are beautiful. Just be prepared for the 200 steps to get to the lovely accommodations.

Lovely stay in Praiano - the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms solid, and the A/C was exactly what we wanted. Great for a longer stay. Hard to undersell the upper garden/patio/pool — amazing views of the coast from here, plenty of umbrellas and shsee more
Lovely stay in Praiano - the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms solid, and the A/C was exactly what we wanted. Great for a longer stay. Hard to undersell the upper garden/patio/pool — amazing views of the coast from here, plenty of umbrellas and shade to shield you from the sun. The kitchen was well-stocked, albeit missing a better coffee-brewing option than a small French press. It’s a hike from the main road & amalfi coast bus line, but that’s what one should expect staying on amalfi coast. The stairs were well-maintained so simply a matter of physical condition — the bag porter service at check-in was complementary AND clutch. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others
