Immersed in the splendid landscapes of Massa Lubrense, just a few kilometres from Sorrento and the main attractions such as the famous Positano, Amalfi and the entire picturesque Amalfi Coast, this marvellous property surrounded by a unique park is the ideal place for those who wish to spend a holiday in complete privacy without sacrificing the comfort and services of a five-star hotel. These include a fantastic panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage, a small fitness area, a lift and private parking with an electric charging station. Inside, you will be welcomed by the warmth of a property in modern style finely furnished with furniture entirely handcrafted by master carpenters from our region, with high-quality finishes and materials. Nothing has been left to chance! Looking out from the terraces of Villa Giorgio, you will have the feeling of being able to touch Capri with your finger. And let's not forget Ischia… just look a little further to be intoxicated by a view that has no equal in the world!

Interiors:
The villa is spread over three floors plus a rooftop terrace, for a total of approximately 500 square metres. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room with a beautiful table that can accommodate up to 18 people, a living area equipped with sofas, a 52-inch satellite TV and a beautiful designer electric fireplace, which will keep you warm on cooler evenings. The floor also has a guest bathroom and a splendid fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, oven, microwave and wine cooler with a wide selection of the finest Italian wines. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and spacious walk-in showers, and a suite consisting of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. In the centre of the room is a beautiful bathtub with partition, where you can relax at any time during your stay.
The second floor is identical to the first, so we have three bedrooms divided in the same way, with the only variation being the colour of the beautiful Vietri tile flooring.
The property is completed by a splendid terrace equipped with sun loungers and outdoor shower, where you can practise yoga at sunset or sunrise whilst admiring the island of Capri right in front of you.

Park:
The estate is surrounded by a splendid enclosed park, mostly maintained as an English lawn and planted behind the villa with evergreen trees that shade the pathways. Majestic centuries-old pines and exotic Canary Island palms stand tall over the property, perfectly integrated into the Mediterranean scrubland. Access to Villa Giorgio is via an uphill driveway with access through an electric gate and a pedestrian passage. Upon arrival at the villa, we immediately find the covered parking area with an electric charging station and a large portico in a panoramic position with an external relaxation area furnished with sofas and umbrellas. Beside the villa is the swimming pool area with a relaxation zone and sunbathing areas, as well as an external kitchen with a barbecue. Please note that photographic services are usually carried out in spring, therefore the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different upon your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The splendid rectangular swimming pool, approximately 30 square metres, offers panoramic views and is equipped with a hydromassage area. Access to the pool is via a small ladder descending into the water; there is both internal and external lighting and the depth varies from 25 cm to 185 cm. The solarium area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a relaxation zone. The pool is available from April to October, weather permitting.

Services included in the price
Water, electricity, gas, housemaid 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday, weekly linen change, towel change on request, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Private pool open from April to October. Private parking with automatic gate. Air conditioning and heating.

Extra beds and Baby cot.

The stay includes breakfast, served from 08:30 to 10:30, which includes:

- latte, fruit juices, water
- cereals and muesli
- yoghurt, butter, scrambled eggs or omelette
- croissants and fresh baked goods
- bread, rusks and sliced bread
- jam, hazelnut spread and honey, peanut butter
- tomatoes and cured meats

Daily cleaning from 08:30 to 13:30. On-site personal assistance.

The check-in time to our property is between 16:00 and 20:00.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00.

Payment methods

- 30% deposit upon confirmation (non-refundable)
- balance within 45 days from arrival date

In case of cancellations, the following penalties will be applied:
- 50% for cancellations up to 45 days before the arrival date
- 75% for cancellations from 44 to 21 days before arrival
- 100% for cancellations up to 20 days before arrival
