The Space
This villa has been recently renovated from scratch with passion and great attention to detail, and is today a completely new, elegant and welcoming space, where contemporary design and comfort blend harmoniously with the surrounding nature. Here everything smells of newness, of care, of home.

Immersed in greenery and completely enclosed, Villa Elios offers privacy, tranquillity and a rare sense of peace. Outside, between the silence and light of the coastline, there is also a pleasant partial view of Capri, a detail that makes every moment even more evocative.

What truly makes the experience special is the welcome. The owners, a warm and attentive couple, will personally greet you and will always be available during your stay. With discretion and professionalism, they will take care of your every need, offering complete assistance and the possibility of organising unique experiences such as dinners with a private chef or authentic pizza cooking classes directly at the villa.

The interiors, spread over two levels for approximately 160 sqm, are bright, refined and designed to offer maximum comfort. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with Smart TV and dining area, perfect for sharing moments together.

The kitchen, completely new and equipped in every detail, is one of the true strengths of the villa. It features a five-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, wine cooler, pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The large front work surface makes it ideal not only for cooking, but also for experiencing genuine culinary experiences, such as cooking lessons organised directly at the villa. On this level there is also a bathroom with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

On the upper floor there are three elegant and relaxing bedrooms, all with access to the balcony. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bathroom and partial view of Capri. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, whilst the third bedroom has a queen size bed which, upon request, can be converted into two single beds. The two bedrooms share a second full bathroom.
The external spaces, of approximately 200 sqm, are designed to fully experience the beauty of the Mediterranean climate. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, whilst the heated outdoor hot tub for six people invites relaxation at any time of the day.

To make the experience even more special is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, with pizza oven, barbecue, sink and dining table for six people. It is the perfect place to spend evenings outdoors, among Mediterranean scents, good wine and moments to share under the sky of the coastline.

The villa also has private parking.

The position is ideal for those who wish to explore the area without sacrificing tranquillity. The centre of Massa Lubrense is about ten minutes away, Sorrento fifteen to twenty minutes, the beaches of Marina del Cantone about fifteen minutes. Positano is reachable in about fifty minutes, Amalfi in just over an hour, Pompeii in about an hour and Naples in about an hour and a quarter.

About 200 metres from the villa there is a SITA bus stop with connections to Sorrento, a butcher's shop and a delicatessen, perfect for experiencing the daily life of the place and purchasing fresh local products. About 1.5 km away is Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, one of the most renowned villages in the area, where you can find excellent restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours and a supermarket.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a welcome basket containing selected products, including fresh fruit, sparkling wine, local oil and everything needed for breakfast. Upon request, it is possible to add breakfast service and other personalised services.

Included in the stay are weekly cleaning with linen change, utilities, air conditioning, heated outdoor hot tub, barbecue, pizza oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and private parking.

The tourist tax, equal to three euros per person per day for the first seven nights, is to be paid upon arrival. Children are exempt.

Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and all its spaces, both indoor and outdoor, to enjoy their stay in complete privacy and freedom.

The property is completely fenced and includes the garden, equipped terrace, heated outdoor hot tub and outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue. There is also private parking available within the villa.

Access to the property is simple and convenient, and the owners will welcome you personally upon your arrival to show you the house and ensure you have a pleasant stay from the very first moment.

Other things to keep in mind
The villa is situated in a quiet, residential area, ideal for those seeking relaxation and privacy. It is recommended to use a car to move around comfortably and discover the best attractions in the area.

Extra services, such as private chef, pizza cooking class and breakfast in the villa, are available upon request and with an additional charge. It is recommended to book them in advance to guarantee availability.

Cleaning and linen changes are included every 7 days for longer stays.
