Located in la Sponda area, a few steps from the "Sponda" bus stop and the central Piazza dei Mulini, this spacious house is the ideal solution for family holidays in Positano or for two couples of friends who want to share moments!

The apartment has a large outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of the city of Positano. A breathtaking view of the entire coast up to the faraglioni of Capri!
The house can be reached via stairs, about 80 steps, from the main road Via Marconi.
The locality "Sponda" is full of cafes with panoramic views, bars, restaurants and shops of the Positano shopping area.

SPACE:
The house is arranged on one level, upon entering we find a large kitchen lounge with double sofa bed, flat screen TV and sideboard. The living room is directly connected to the outdoor terrace through a large French door. The kitchen, in Vietri style, is furnished with modern furniture, includes a fridge with freezer, sink, washing machine and dishwasher. Table for 6 people with chairs.
. Along the corridor we find:
1 bedroom: king size bed, wardrobe, tv, air conditioning
2nd bedroom: king size bed with bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning.
Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to the outside terrace.
The house has two complete bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.
The house is supplied with bed linen, towels and dishes for the kitchen.
Wifi connection with fiber.

TO NOTICE:
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm.
For late check-ins after 7.30pm a supplement of €30 will be applied, after 11.00pm a supplement of €50.
Check-out must be carried out by 10.00 am.

The city tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable locally.
Parking is not available. The closest one is Parking de Gennaro
Clients must provide proof of identity upon arrival.

In the centre of Positano, in the evocative setting of Fornillo, there is a charming and welcoming panoramic apartment.
Casa Peppenella has recently been renovated with typical Vietri materials and is furnished with taste and valuable furniture.
Quiet, it is ideal for enjoying the sunset on the spacious terrace or a romantic candlelit dinner.
Or go down the street and find yourself among the numerous restaurants, both traditional and gourmet.
The two beaches (Fornillo and Spiaggia Grande) are easily accessible in 10 minutes by stairs and in 15 minutes by the main street, a place of shopping in the typical boutiques of Positano.
Casa Peppenella is accessible from the main street with only 20 steps and has a convenient underground car box. In front of the internal bus stop.

SPACE:

As soon as we enter, in the corridor, on the right we find a first bedroom (with a French bed) decorated in shades of green and blue, wall wardrobe and chest of drawers. Small bathroom in the room consisting of a large shower, washbasin and toilet with hand shower.
On the right side of the corridor we find the second bathroom, also complete with washing machine, toilet, bidet, sink and large shower. Proceeding, we reach the living room, furnished with a two-seater sofa bed, ergonomic armchair and small table. Antique table/sideboard, sideboard with flat-screen TV. The kitchen area, of reduced dimensions, insists in the living room. Despite the dimensions, we find a combined microwave electric oven, induction hob with 4 burners, steel sink, kitchen wall units with plates, glasses and pots, moka for coffee.
From the living room it is possible to access the outside, on the private terrace, where you can enjoy a spectacular view.
The terrace is in fact equipped with a table with six chairs, masonry sofa with cushions, outdoor sink with ornamental plants.
The second bedroom, of larger dimensions, also overlooks the terrace and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view. It consists of a wall wardrobe, clothes hanger, chest of drawers and double bed with frescoed headboard.
The entire apartment is furnished with antique and vintage pieces, pop art paintings combined with local ceramics. The result is a colourful, lively apartment, conceived as the atelier of an eclectic artist.
It is possible to host families, but also two couples of friends.

RULES:
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
From 8:00 PM onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged.
From 11:00 PM, the supplement is €50.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
The accommodation tax of €2.5 per person per night must be paid upon arrival.
Guests are required to show an identity document upon arrival and complete the rental contract.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The neighbourhood is the beating heart of Positano, a few steps away we find the Saraceno d'oro restaurant, the Medical Centre with a playground, nearby the restaurant "Il Capitano", "da Vincenzo" and the famous Positano café. Just on the street, we find a pastry shop opposite and also the only newsstand in Positano.
