Description
Marshall's House is a spacious apartment with a private terrace located in the heart of Positano, near Vincenzo's restaurant and Caffè Positano. The independent house enjoys a double exposure with a splendid panoramic view of the city of Positano, the Grande beach and the main church. The area is full of restaurants, bars, cafés and all around are the famous boutiques of artisanal sandals and linen clothes "Moda Positano".
The house is accessible by climbing about 100 steps from Viale Pasitea, the exact location is next to Casa Albertina.
THE SPACE:
Entering, we find a small hallway with a French sofa bed and a glass table, this environment has a large balcony with a small terrace with a splendid sea view. Going down the stairs on the right side is a large living room with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, corner fireplace with open bookshelf, wooden table with six chairs, crystal cabinet and buffet.
The kitchen is narrow and long, decorated with blue and white Vietri tiles and allows you to prepare meals even for a large group. It consists of all appliances such as coffee machine with pods, microwave, toaster, kettle, six-burner induction hob, large electric oven and washing machine. The kitchen enjoys a small terrace with an outdoor shower.
Continuing towards the sleeping area, we find a first open room with a two-seater sofa and a single extendable bed, a complete bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
1st BEDROOM:
Two single beds with bedside tables, three-door wardrobe, air conditioning with split in the room. The single beds can be joined and form a king-size bed. This room directly overlooks the panoramic balcony.
2nd BEDROOM:
King-size bed in wrought iron and antique brass with an excellent mattress, side single bed with another pull-out bed if needed. Large wardrobe, antique chest of drawers, split with air conditioning in the room and panoramic balcony overlooking the terrace. En-suite bathroom consisting of two rooms, a first with double sink, second bathroom with bathtub, bidet and toilet.
EXTERNAL TERRACE:
The panoramic terrace, about 40 square metres, is organised with double table and wrought iron chairs, concrete armchairs with cushions. Single rocking chair. This terrace with a dream panoramic view will allow you to enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
LATE CHECK-IN: Please note that for arrivals from 8:00 PM, a supplement of €30 will be applied.
For arrivals from 11:00 pm, the supplement is € 50.
Check out: by 10:00.

The Space:
The park has direct access from the famous Pasitea avenue, a few steps from Positano café, from all bars, restaurants and shops of Positanese shopping. The apartment is located in the upper part of the park, to access it is necessary to climb 100 steps. It is spread over multiple levels, upon entering we find a large living room with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and sideboard. The living room is directly connected to the external terrace through a large French window. The kitchen, in Neapolitan style, is finely decorated with frescoes that recall nature, and consists of: fridge with freezer, sink with double basin, washing machine and dishwasher. Shelf with high chairs, round table with 8 lava stone chairs.
The first two bedrooms are adjacent to the living room, to access the third it is necessary to go through a corridor with a height of 2m.
1 bedroom: king size bed, wardrobe,
