Description
Casa Antonietta is a splendid Positano-style farmhouse located near the Chiesa Nuova, reachable by taking approximately 150 steps from the main road or Via Corvo. Behind a classic old wooden door there is an access staircase that will take you directly onto the outdoor terrace, an open-air gem that enjoys a spectacular view of Positano and the sea.
The accommodation is the ideal solution for a family with children looking for a modern and comfortable space, with an exclusive private terrace or for a young couple who prefer large spaces and absolute privacy. The house stands out for being an oasis of tranquility, far from the noise of the main road and the chaos of the tourist center. Ideal for those who want to combine a charming holiday with peace and tranquility.
SPACE:
Upon entering we find a bright living room consisting of a dining room equipped with table and chairs for four people, aquamarine fabric sofa, 55-inch flat-screen smart TV, American kitchen with gas hob, double steel sink, toaster and kettle , microwave and electric oven, extractor hood and coffee machine with pods. The living room is furnished in shades of sea green, light blue and blue, with typical Vietri ceramics. The living room leads to the large bedroom: this is characterized by vaulted ceilings, a balcony overlooking the sea and is made up of two large shared spaces.
The first area is equipped with a king-size bed with memory mattress with pocket springs, double bedside tables, wardrobe and velvet armchair, small desk, make-up station and air conditioning.
Continuing, the second area is equipped with a single sommier and a second extractable bed (if necessary it can also be transformed into a double bed) and a wall wardrobe.
At the end we find the bathroom, with shades of green, consisting of a shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Small storage room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothesline.
High-performance wi-fi connection both in the house and on the terrace, ideal for smart-working overlooking the sea.
The plus of the accommodation is certainly the panoramic outdoor terrace, ideal for an outdoor lunch/dinner. It is equipped with rattan table and armchairs, external shower, sun loungers. The view of the bay, the center of Positano and Fornillo beach will give you an unforgettable stay.
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm.
For late check-ins after 7.30pm a supplement of €30 will be applied, after 11.00pm a supplement of €50.
Check-out must be carried out by 10.00 am.
Parking not available on site. Upon request it is possible to use public parking starting from €35 per day. The price varies depending on the type of car.
Tourist tax €2.5 per person per night to be paid upon arrival.
Customers are required to complete the online registration process prior to their arrival.

Romantic Antica Sponda is a central located apartment a few steps from the "Sponda" bus stop and the central Piazza dei Mulini.
This spacious house is the ideal solution for family holidays in Positano or for a couple who want to have a large space with a view available.
The apartment has a large outdoor terrace with a sea view over the city of Positano and the entire coast up to the sea stacks of Capri!
The house can be reached from the main road by taking about 100 steps with a steep slope but once you arrive the view offers unique emotions.
Access is from the external terrace which is equipped with a wonderful lava stone table with wrought iron chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the sea view.
Upon entering we have a large room with a vaulted ceiling furnished with a double sofa bed, table with four chairs, antique sideboard and low TV cabinet. From the living room we then enter the kitchen, complete with everything for cooking.
It consists of a sink with double basin, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and oven. On site you will also find a coffee machine with pods and an American coffee machine. In the living room there is also a service bathroom complete with shower, washing machine, sink, toilet and bidet. A door divides the living room from the sleeping area, which also has access from the terrace.
The room is furnished in a nautical style, with a king-size wrought iron bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and mirror. The room has a private connected bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and sink.
The entire structure has wi-fi connection and the terrace is only for our guests.
TO NOTE:
The neighbors share access and passage on the terrace to access their apartment on the upper floor.
Customers are required to present identification at check-in.
The tourist tax is excluded from the price and is to be paid locally €2.5 per person per night. -
Le Vele is a charming 40 m² apartment with a splendid sea view terrace capable of hosting up to 3 people. Positioned in the centre of Positano, it allows you to reach the Grande Beach and Fornillo Beach with a pleasant 450-metre walk. Equipped with every comfort (Wi-Fi, AC, complete kitchen), it is the ideal base for those seeking all conveniences.
The location is ideal not only for enjoying the sea, but also for travel: Naples International Airport (Capodichino) is about 50 km away. For those arriving by train, the Piano di Sorrento station is just 10 km away, making the house easily accessible by both private transfers and public transport connecting the Coast.
