Located in the area of Marinella, the Sant'Agnello beach, this apartment is located just a few minutes from the beach, but also to the city center and the station that are reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small family condomino, surrounded by nature and tranquility. In the area there are several bars and restaurants to enjoy.
THE SPACE
Completely renovated in 2021, Archa Blu is a nice apartment with a triple bedroom (double bed and a single bed) and a second bedroom with a single bed (that has the possibility of becoming double). Large living room with sofa and workstation and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and hair dryer is also equipped with a washing machine.
ACCESS TO GUESTS
Guests have access and exclusive use of the entire apartment.
There is no possibility of parking inside the structure, but we have an agreement with a parking nearby.
OTHER
Customers must provide an ID card upon arrival.
Guests are required to pay the Tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night from April to October.
No smoking allowed inside.
It’s forbidden to occupy communal spaces and disturb the neighborhood.
