The lounge naturally extends outwards thanks to a spacious private balcony, magnificently furnished with table and chairs.

L'appartamento è in una posizione eccezionale sia per la spiaggia che per il belvedere, a pochi passi c'è il parcheggio "Ninnella" custodito e a pagamento molto comodo. Ci sono tanti locali e si arriva in centro a piedi in poco tempo.

Premesso che va benissimo anche così ma sarebbe utile secondo me cambiare i soffioni delle docce da fissi a mobili, dotare il bagno di un porta spazzolini e qualche appendino. Infine qualche accessorio in cucina tipo presine e scodelle per la colaziosee more
