Le nom de cette villa vient du mot irlandais « love », inspiré des racines du propriétaire. Dans tous les coins, la Villa Grà montre son amour pour son environnement enchanteur.
Cette splendide villa, avec vue directe sur la baie et le clocher de l'église locale, vient d'être entièrement rénovée, avec un standing exceptionnel, depuis les pièces jusqu'à la terrasse et le jardin ombragés d'arbres fruitiers. Les sols peints à la main avec un motif typique de la côte amalfitaine, la cuisine faite à la main et les salles de bains aux finitions élégantes élèvent les intérieurs à un niveau luxueux, honorant le savoir-faire et le paysage de la région.
Des meubles et objets décoratifs anciens et du milieu du siècle soigneusement sélectionnés, des suspensions en verre de Murano aux fauteuils déco magnifiquement restaurés, en passant par les œuvres d'art originales, apportent une qualité et une attention aux détails rares.

La Villa Grà est située au cœur de Praiano, du côté est, dans l'une des ruelles typiques de la ville. Pour accéder à la villa, il faut suivre un chemin d'environ 200 mètres, alterné avec environ 40 marches. Il se trouve à environ 25 minutes à pied de la plage de La Praia, où se trouvent les meilleurs restaurants de poisson. À votre arrivée, il est possible d'organiser un service de portage, moyennant un supplément. Le parking privé le plus proche se trouve à environ 300 mètres et est payant.
À distance de marche il y a :
• Peu de restaurants (Moressa, Kasai, M'ama...)
• Épicerie et boucherie
• Arrêt de bus local - à environ 50 mètres
• Arrêt de bus SITA - environ 500 mètres

Villa Grà was the perfect place to home-base for our week on the Amalfi coast. The villa is located more-or-less in the center of Praiano, countless stairs above the waterfront and seemingly equally countless stairs below the Path of Gods trail, but within walking distance of numerous great restaurants and trails. The view from the main bedroom, yard, and large patio is breathtaking. The villa is creatively decorated, and well furnished and maintained. While there were only two of us staying there, there was plenty of room for another couple. We ensured we witnessed the spectacular sunrises from the patiodining table each morning and enjoyed winding down on the patio each night, listening to the sounds of the town and the nearby church bells marking time. Our host, Fransesco, was super helpful, offering suggestions and arranging transportation when we needed it. We could not be more pleased with Villa Grà and the SMAAC team.

I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, the nicest and most amazing airbnb we have ever stayed in. The views are truly outstanding the décor is amazing done by someone who loves design, (I wish my home was like this)! The path of the Gods literally starts from outside the door and is an outstanding walk. The Comms from SMAAC were proactive and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they kept checking in. Two big bedrooms, two big bathrooms, lounge, dinning room outdoor seating and sun terrace, this place has it all. My favourite bit (sadly) was the lime tree in the garden with meant my Gin and Tonic was always perfect! We did it without a car. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk. But there is paid for parking nearby and spaces seemed always available. And yes I am a real person who stayed.

We just returned from a lovely visit to Villa Gra and recommend it highly. The SMAAC website provides a wealth of information which is enormously helpful prior to departure and throughout the stay. Praiano is a gem away from the hubbub of Positano aplus
We just returned from a lovely visit to Villa Gra and recommend it highly. The SMAAC website provides a wealth of information which is enormously helpful prior to departure and throughout the stay. Praiano is a gem away from the hubbub of Positano and Amalfi, with a handful of very good restaurants nearby. There are 40-50 very manageable, gradual steps to reach the Villa. The villa’s setting is very peaceful and the view of the coast from the terrace and from the master bedroom is spectacular.
The villa decoration is exceptional with Murano light fixtures throughout, and with furnishings in the colors and style of the region. The equipment is state of the art, and in fact we had to read the manuals provided to address an error message on the AC and unlock the cooktop. Both Francesco and Rosa in the SMAAC office were very quick to respond. We used the villa as a base camp from which we hiked the Path of the Gods, and ventured over to Amalfi for the day. The family and dog in the adjacent property are a little noisy on occasion but as we were away much of the time, it was manageable and on one occasion SMAAC kindly phoned them. SMAAC was very helpful in arranging transport to/from the Villa to Naples. We give SMAAC very high marks for its professionalism and responsiveness, and recommend the Villa for an enjoyable stay. |

The villa itself is clean, well maintained and seemingly newly renovated with high quality finishing and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. We definitely got lucky with this - a great find. There's a bus stop 2 minutes from the villa if you're lucky to catch one, which happened to us 3 times, it's much less expensive than a taxi. Some great restaurants in Praiano - no need to be in the busier towns for good dining if a quieter setting is what you're looking for.

Enjoyed our stay, the apartment was so clean and instructions to find it / work everything were super clear. It was clear a lot of thought and care had gone into setting up the apartment, with everything you could potentially need and more being catered to within the apartment. The apartment itself has top end equipment, whether it was within the showersthe kitchen utensils and made it very easy to feel at home. Overall very impressed by the standard set and would recommend to anyone.
