Casa Madonna del Mare es una antigua casa de pescadores, completamente revisitada en clave moderna. Las luces, los colores, la atención al detalle, dan estilo y calidez a la casa, haciendo cada espacio agradable y acogedor. La amplia vista al mar, que parece dominar desde el gran ventanal del salón, es el escenario de esta pequeña joya engastada en la roca. Cada rincón de la casa está pensado para la familia, equipada con elementos para los niños, como una cuna y una trona. La ubicación es panorámica y tranquila. Wifi está disponible en toda la casa. Para llegar a la casa es necesario subir unos 150 escalones. Se recomienda llegar hasta nosotros sin coche.
La casa se organiza en dos niveles:
PISO PRINCIPAL
• Salón mediterráneo con gran ventanal con vistas al mar y pequeño balcón, amueblado con sofá cama y mesa para seis personas;
• Cocina, abierta al salón, totalmente equipada;
• 1 dormitorio doble (cama 160x190) con ventana con vistas al mar;
• 1 baño con ducha
• 1 baño con ducha grande y lavadero
1er PISO Entresuelo - Área de dormir
• 1 dormitorio con cama francesa (cama de 140x190)
2° PISO Entresuelo - Área de dormir
• 1 dormitorio con cama individual y cambiador
• acceso a la terraza con vistas al mar amueblada con mesa para tomar una copa al aire libre.
Casa Madonna del Mare se encuentra en el lado este de Praiano, en una zona muy tranquila y pacífica. Es posible llegar a la Villa a través de unos 150 escalones. El estacionamiento privado está disponible a pedido por una tarifa y se encuentra a unos 500 metros de la propiedad. Recomendamos llegar hasta nosotros sin coche.
A poca distancia, hay:
• Parada de autobús local y SITA
• 1 supermercado
• Varios restaurantes

We are so thankful to have last minute booked this Airbnb with Smaac! They were so reactive to accept our last minute booking. We love the home it was stunning! Even better than the photos!!!! I will come back next year with my parents. Already planning it. The location is amazing! The beautiful beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The area is quiet and super safe. Good restaurants near by and a couple little grocery stores close to grab things. The whole city is full of nice welcoming people. And the assistance I got the whole time from Smaac's Airbnb was top! Best we had :) I even left my gifts behind and they were so kind to mail them back to me safe and sound. They really go out of their way to make sure you are happy and enjoy your stay!! We found out after booking and paying in full that there are approx. 150 stairs to climb to get to the property. This should probably be disclosed in the listing. My husband and brother in-law both have mobility issues and could not do the climb up and down everyday. Thank goodness the property manager had the number of a porter service that would take your luggage up for you, as there would of been NO WAY I could of done that. My husband and brother in-law ended up having to book at the hotel at the base of the mountain (Hotel Onde Verde) which has an elevator. So we ended up having to pay double and also not be able to spend the time together like we had hoped. My son and I enjoyed the condo and made the best of our alone time. We even found a cooking class that was close to the condo (just one more flight of stairs up! lol - about another 50) and we learned to make pasta and got to drink home made wine. All in all it was a great vacation and the property is very nicely furnished. But be ready to get your workout in!

The apartment was clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The listing photos are accurate &mdash the place is just as beautiful in person. The location is perfect, between Amalfi and Positano, making it a great base for exploring the coast. The main beach of Praiano is very close, and the area is peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Do keep in mind there are around 150 steps to reach the apartment, which might be difficult for those with mobility issues, but it&rsquos absolutely worth it for the views and the experience.

The beach is walking distance and again was amazing. The only thing is you do have to walk a lot of steps to get up to the air b and b, and I recommend watching the video FIRST of how to get there so you don&rsquot get lost like I did. The directions on google maps are not accurate so please watch the video the host send stop so you know exactly where to go. If you are not ok with a lot walking and going up at least 100 steps don&rsquot stay here. Apart from that the place was perfect for our stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again . Thank you

The communication from Francesco before we checked in giving us an entire guide on what to do around town and how to get around. He provided us with everything we needed to help find local scooter rental, restaurant recommendations and everything we could possibly need. Even including s video on how to get to the property. The entire stay he checked in to make sure everything was ok. The service was exceptional and the airbnb was beautiful. Just make sure you are ready to climb stairs. There are lots of steps to get to the airbnb. I recommend only taking a backpack, packing lightbooking the service they provide to carry the luggage up. It’s definitely a workout getting to and from the Airbnb but well worth it given the views.

The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A heads-up: there are 150 steep steps leading up to the entrance, so be prepared for a bit of a climb when accessing the propertynearby restaurants. Public transportation to other towns was a bit difficult as they don't come by frequently, every 30 to 60 minutes,are often full and just pass by. One minor issue was that only one set of towels was provided for our six-day stay, so we had to launder them ourselves. Additionally, the shampoo and body wash provided lasted only a day, host required us to purchase more from the market below. Despite these points, the setup was nice, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

There is a table and chairs on the rooftop with beautiful views of the sea and Praiano, especially during sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed. The entire unit was very clean and tidy. Just be aware that there are about 150 steps up from the main road to the unit. Bus stop 11 is right at the bottom of the steps on the main road. The buses can be quite packed by the time they get to this bus stop so don't be surprised if they drive by without stopping. On one occasion we ended up walking down to the beach and taking a water taxi to Amalfi (for about 25 Euros/person).

The breathtaking scenery was one of the highlights of our trip, and we found ourselves constantly in awe of the landscape surrounding us. Despite Praiano not being the most popular town on the Amalfi Coast, we absolutely loved the tranquility it offered. The area wasn’t overrun with tourists, which made our experience all the more enjoyable. Plus, it was easy to reach other well-known destinations like Amalfi and Positano a simple 30-minute bus ride had us exploring different parts of the coast with ease. Located right by the beach, perfect for relaxing and taking in the coastal beauty. Francesco, our host, was fantastic—always responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring. THANK YOU!

The house was incredible well furnished and clean, the views were breathtaking, watching the sunrise and sunset. The steps seemed daunting upon booking but really not bad at all for the Amalfi coast as it’s all hilly. Francesco at Smaac was so helpful and very quickly responded to any questions we had and continually checked that we were okay and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
